Swiss Facades are delighted to be supplying 5000m2 of Swisspearl panels for the façade of the new SRC Campus in Armagh.  Swisspearl fabricate the panels in their factory in Switzerland, and ship directly to site ready to install.  As well as improving efficiency, this approach also reduces waste on site.

Constructed on the existing Lonsdale Road site, the 14,000m2 campus stands 18.4m tall.  It will house an unrivalled blend of specialist accommodation designed to facilitate world class professional and technical education and training.

Felix O’Hare are the nominated Main Contractors on the new £35 million campus.  The project received recognition from New Engineering Contract (NEC) at both regional and global levels, and won the NEC 2018 ‘Client of the Year’.  This was a result of their innovative approach to procurement and project delivery.  The NEC Awards recognise excellence in project delivery and showcase examples of good practice through collaboration from across the world.

Architects Kennedy Fitzgerald chose Swisspearl for the facade, due to the long-standing reputation of Swisspearl fibre cement panels worldwide.  In addition, they selected the Incora panel for its unique coloration, in order to create a truly stylish authentic finish.
